Shipping  (aka: When will I get my order?)

STANDARD ORDERS:
Here is what you need to know about Delivery Time:

Production time + Shipping time = Days until Delivery

Note:  We can control our Production time, but we cannot control Shipping time.  Once an order has been given to the US Postal Service, we do not take responsibility for the package’s condition, safety or speed of delivery.  A customer may elect to pay for Rush Order service, Expedited Shipping and/or Insurance to meet any special needs.

Domestic Orders- Standard shipping:   

Production is 3 to 5 business days PLUS standard USPS shipping is 2 to 5 business days = Delivery in 5 to 10 business days.  Business days are Monday –Friday excluding holidays. 

NEED IT FASTER?   

There are two ways to speed up your order. 

  1. Rush Order service: Grace & Lucille’s orders are produced in the order they are received, unless a customer purchases Rush Order service.   Orders marked with Rush Order service will be moved to the “front of the line” and those orders will be produced either the same or the following business day.  Business days are Monday –Friday excluding holidays.

To select Rush Order service, click on the “RUSH ORDER” icon, add it to your shopping cart and pay for it with your order.  If you do not purchase Rush Order service, you will not receive Rush Order service even if it is requested in a note on your order.  We are unable to view customer notes until we are actually producing that customer’s order.

  1. Expedited Shipping Options: All orders are shipped US Postal Service standard ground delivery unless the customer selects and pays for a different option.  Note: Once an order has been given to the US Postal Service, we do not take responsibility for the package’s condition, safety or speed of delivery. 

For domestic shipments, a customer can select USPS Priority Express for overnight shipping or USPS Priority for 1 to 3 day shipping.  Shipping charges will be shown at checkout. 

For International shipments, a customer can select from Global Express Guaranteed International or Priority Express International to meet their expedited needs.  Shipping charges will be shown at checkout.  All customs, duty and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.  Grace & Lucille is not responsible for customs delays.

 UPS & FedEx

Currently, Grace & Lucille does not ship via UPS or FedEx.  We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.

 ADDRESS CHANGES

 Sorry but once an order has been placed, we cannot accommodate address changes.  If an address change or correction is needed, you will need to cancel your order and place a new order with the correct address. 

 CUSTOM ORDERS

Want her name or a special phrase added?  Want a different applique design?  Want the glitter in a different color than shown in the photo?  Want a different type font?  We love giving you the celebration apparel of your dreams. Please leave your request in the “Notes” section at checkout.  We will do our best to accommodate you.  We will get in touch if we have any questions.

Please note:  NO changes of any kind can be made to the garments themselves.  Grace & Lucille garments come as shown and cannot be altered in any way.  We knew you would understand!
