Exchanges & Returns
At Grace & Lucille, we strive for all of our customers to be completely satisfied with all of our products. If for some reason you are not, please contact us through the "Contact Us" form. Explain the situation and we will promptly work with you to resolve the issue!
For items to be exchanged or returned:
- Item must have been purchased within 30 days of purchase date.
- Item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition as received and in the original packaging.
- Item must be an "eligible item" as described below.
- Customer must have received return authorization email and RA number from Grace & Lucille.
Eligible items include: Unworn, non-customized apparel.
Ineligible, non-returnable items include: Any worn or laundered item, any customized or personalized item (ex. apparel with names, dates or special designs), gift cards, any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase date, sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace defective items with identical product. Please follow the return authorization process described below.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Please follow the return authorization process described below.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST PROCESS
To request an exchange or return authorization, use the "Contact Us" form on this website.
If a RA (Return Authorization) has been approved, the item may be returned at your expense to the address noted on the RA email. We recommend you chose a shipping method with tracking and insurance as we can't be responsible for the shipment until it has been received at Grace and Lucille. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and give you the status of your exchange or refund. If a refund is issued, a credit for the purchase price of the item (less any shipping and handling costs) will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you haven’t received an approved refund after seven business days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
